Chef, Aaron Hothem
Classical trained at Le Cordon Bleu (2016) in San Francisco. Aaron has worked alongside San Francisco’s talented chefs in both restaurants and catering companies. His love of BBQ, smoking, and Southern cooking crowned him Big Red.
Big Red is very methodical when it comes to choosing what goes in his smoker. He hand-selects every Prime protein. Big Red’s smoker is recognizable by its aroma of Cherry, Apple & Pecan woods. He smokes the old fashion way... LOW & SLOW
General Manager, Ryan Joyce
General manager Ryan Joyce was raised right here in Novato. His passion for music and his love for bringing people together is what drives him to make Jerrys a place for the whole family to enjoy. Prior to Jerry's, Ryan was an independent music artist with success with his apparel company, Music Never Dies. Through MND, Ryan has worked with artists such as Ringo Starr and the charitable organization, Bread & Roses, which strives to bring music and education to at-risk youth. He is excited to create a place for the community to gather and enjoy good food as well as providing support for local emerging musicians to showcase their talents.
